I had similar thoughts this morning about the world we live in and what I can do to redirect my thought processes as it can be overwhelming and disheartening. I, too, am very tired and doing my best to focus on the present and what I am grateful for in my life. It can be quite challenging to do so when it feels like there is an onslaught of never-ending negativity. I try to retrain my brain to recognize things I am grateful for so that I do not slide into the trap of negativity that can be so persuasive. It is difficult to do some days.
